Student Cancellation

Students who cancel their enrolment part way through a training program must notify Alert First Aid in writing at the soonest opportunity if consideration of fee reimbursement is required. Once Alert First Aid is notified a refund will be issued for the component of training not commenced. Alert First Aid is entitled to retain fees for any component of the course completed up until the point of notification by the student cancellation.

Unique Student Identifier (USI)

ALL students enrolling in nationally accredited training are required to provide photographic evidence to prove their identity (ie Drivers Licence, proof of age card, Passport) and also provide their USI (unique Student Identifier). Students without any proof of identity or a pre-existing USI cannot be enrolled.
